 Welcome to the Town of Hampton, Connecticut online assessment database.


Hampton has completed a revaluation for the Grand List of October 1, 2023.  

The 2023 mill rate was set at 20.83.


The 2024 Grand List has been filed as of 1/28/25. A mill rate will not be set until budget approval late Spring 2025.  For more information concerning budgets or the Board of Finance, visit the Town of Hampton website at www.hamptonct.org.


If you wish to appeal your assessment you may file an appeal with the Town of Hampton’s Board of Assessment Appeals.  Appeals to the Board of Assessment Appeals must be filed on or before February 20, 2025.  Petition forms are available from the Resources tab of the Assessor's page on the Town of Hampton website.

Property records are updated by our vendor, Vision Government Solutions, on a monthly basis, however pdf versions of the property card or "field card" are only updated once annually after the completion of dutites by the Board of Assessment Appeals in March.
