New users should complete the subscriber agreement and application form. In addition, a background check is required of all new applicants. New applicants will need to complete the Disclosure Regarding Background Check Form, Acknowledgment and Authorization for Background Check Form and include a non-refundable fee of $24.50 payable to Suffolk Circuit Court, for processing.

Access is provided by subscription only and fees must be paid in advance. Once you have completed the subscriber agreement, user application, Disclosure Regarding Background Check Form, Acknowledgment and Authorization for Background Check Form, please submit these forms to the Clerk's office. Then, set up your account and contact information here.
