Alaska Power of Attorney (POA) Forms

ads1

An Alaska power of attorney enables an individual to make financial or medical decisions on behalf of another person. In Alaska, all power of attorney documents require the signature of either a notary public or two witnesses. Once the form is executed, it becomes effective and must be presented whenever the agent acts on behalf of the principal.
