
Indiana Durable (Financial) Power of Attorney Form
An Indiana durable power of attorney form allows an individual to designate an agent to manage their financial affairs. Once appointed, the agent is granted full authority to make financial decisions on behalf of the principal. The term "durable" indicates that this authority remains valid even if the principal becomes incapacitated.
