
Nebraska Durable (Statutory) Power of Attorney
A durable statutory power of attorney form in Nebraska enables an individual, referred to as the "principal," to delegate authority for managing their financial affairs and property to another individual, known as the "agent." This form remains in effect for as long as the principal is living and will not be revoked if the principal becomes incapacitated.
