New York Durable (Statutory) Power of Attorney
A durable statutory power of attorney in New York enables an individual to delegate their financial responsibilities to another person, and it remains effective throughout their lifetime. The individual granting the authority, known as the "principal," has the option to provide either specific or extensive powers to the appointed individual, referred to as the "agent."
