
Ohio Durable (Statutory) Power of Attorney Form
An Ohio statutory durable power of attorney form allows an individual ("principal") to designate a trusted person ("agent") to manage financial affairs on their behalf. The term "durable" signifies that the power of attorney remains in effect even if the principal becomes mentally incapacitated.
