
Oregon Durable (Financial) Power of Attorney Form
An Oregon durable power of attorney document enables a person, referred to as the "principal," to designate someone else to manage their financial matters for them. The appointed individual, known as the "agent," should be someone trustworthy and is responsible for making decisions that align with the principal's best interests.
