Washington Durable (Financial) Power of Attorney Form
A durable financial power of attorney form in Washington enables an individual to appoint someone else as their representative to manage their financial matters. To execute this form, the principal must fill it out, initialing the specific powers granted to the agent. Once completed, the form must be acknowledged by a notary public for it to be valid.
