Montana General (Financial) Power of Attorney
A general (financial) power of attorney form in Montana is a legal document that enables a resident of Montana to designate another individual to manage their financial and business affairs on their behalf. This document functions similarly to a durable power of attorney; however, it ceases to be valid if the principal becomes incapacitated.
