Michigan Power of Attorney (POA) Forms
Michigan power of attorney forms offer a way for individuals ("principals") to designate another person ("agents") to act on their behalf. Once this form is properly filled out and signed according to state regulations, it can be utilized right away by the agent. The agent will need to present the form each time they are acting in the role of the principal.
