
Connecticut Minor (Child) Power of Attorney Form
A minor power of attorney in Connecticut enables a designated individual to assume the role of a child's guardian in lieu of the child's legal parent or guardian. Upon completion of this document, the appointed person is granted the authority to act on behalf of the parent who issued the power of attorney.
