New Hampshire Power of Attorney (POA) Forms

ads1

Power of attorney forms in New Hampshire enable an individual to designate another person to represent them in specific circumstances. The appointed individual, referred to as the "agent," will act in lieu of the person who selected them, known as the "principal." Various types of power of attorney forms exist, with the most prevalent categories being financial and medical.
