In New Mexico, power of attorney forms enable an individual to appoint another person to manage their financial, medical, or other matters on their behalf. The individual granting this authority, known as the "principal," should select a reliable person, referred to as the "agent," since this agent will possess comparable authority to that of the principal in making decisions and taking actions.

Durable POA
