Wyoming Revocation of Power of Attorney Form
A revocation of power of attorney in Wyoming is a document utilized to annul or rescind a previously established power of attorney. Once the principal completes this form, they must share a copy with the agent or attorney-in-fact, as well as any subsequent agents. Upon receipt of the revocation, these individuals are legally required to stop performing their duties under the power of attorney.
Signing Requirements
Unless stated otherwise in the Power of Attorney, a Revocation document created before January 1, 2018 may be executed either using the same method of execution as a Power of Attorney created on or after January 1, 2018, or by filling the Revocation document with a copy of the Power of Attorney attached, in county clerk’s office where the principal resides.
