Signing Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the Power of Attorney, a Revocation document created before January 1, 2018 may be executed either using the same method of execution as a Power of Attorney created on or after January 1, 2018, or by filling the Revocation document with a copy of the Power of Attorney attached, in county clerk’s office where the principal resides.
