Certified copies of vital records are available only to the registrant, spouse, sibling, direct ancestor, direct descendant, stepparent, stepchild, persons needing information for a legal determination of personal or property rights, or an authorized agent, attorney, or legal representative of any of the above listed people. Uncertified copies are available to the general public.
