Deeds, mortgage documents, easements, liens, powers of attorney, and other document recordings are managed by the County Clerk in each Wyoming county. A few counties offer online access to recorded documents whereby online searches can be performed by document number, grantor/seller, grantee/owner, date, plot, or lot/block/unit number. Where online records are not available, records requests for recorded documents can be made directly to the County Clerk in person, by phone, or via written request.
