Voter and election records are managed by the Lieutenant Governor of the State of Utah and the County Clerk in each Utah county. Voter registration records requests can be made by contacting the County Clerk in person, by mail, phone, or fax. The Lieutenant Governor provides online access to election information, such as polling place locators, election results, and voter statistics.Campaign finance records are also managed by the Lieutenant Governor. An online database, called the Utah Reporting System, allows users to search for records by candidate name, committee name, political party, report, or year.
