License record requests must be made by mail to the Dental Board. The Iowa Board of Nursing manages nurse licensing and provides online searches by license number. Other information must be obtained by contacting the Board of Pharmacists by phone, by mail, or in person. Attorney licensing is managed by the Iowa Supreme Court and the Iowa Bar Association.
