Wyoming inmate records are managed by the County Sheriff in each county and by the Wyoming Department of Corrections. Records managed by the County Sheriff can be obtained by contacting the County Sheriff in person, by phone, or in writing.The Wyoming Department of Corrections provides online access to inmate records, through a service called Vinelink. Inmate record searches can be performed by offender identification number or name. Services are available where crime victims or other interested parties can register to receive updates about the custody status of an inmate or call the Vinelink phone service for inmate status information.
