Wyoming marriage records are managed by the Department of Health.Marriage records are available from 1941 to present and may be obtained by the married parties or lawyers representing the married parties. For marriage prior to May 1941, requests can be made to the County Clerk in the county where the license was issued.Marriage records for the event which occurred at least 50 years ago may be accessed by any interested party. Vital records from the Wyoming Department of Health can be obtained by writtenl request. An online application form is available to be viewed and downloaded by interested parties.
